“Memphis” Cast Member and Broadway Connection instructor, Jody Reynard at ACSD

Jody Reynard taught a master jazz class at ACSD this weekend in the style of Memphis, the musical.  The dancers took an hour and a half class and then were treated to a question and answer session about being a Broadway performer.  Jody is an instructor with Broadway Connection, a company that brings Broadway performers to dance studios to teach master classes and helps students experience a little taste of The Great White Way!  Check on their Facebook page for a photo of Isabelle Meffe who was chosen as the Broadway Bound student from Ann Carroll School of Dance.  The girls are excited to be attending Memphis this weekend at TPAC and seeing Jody’s performance.  In March a performer from the musical Mary Poppins will be teaching a triple threat workshop to our younger students. If you are interested there is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board.
